Hey all you curvy divas.. I wanted to discuss and give you some ideas as to how you can layer your clothes with shrugs to look fashionable and fabulous! It’s a new year.. and the begin of new fashion and trends and Layering of clothes is definitely in fashion. I am going to talk about summer shrugs and not the warm ones. I follow the 3 layer formula … The first two layers being your basic Top & Bottom.
